On March 6th, 2013 Rand Paul, Junior Senator from The State of Kentucky took the floor of The United States Senate to Filibuster the nomination of John Brennan as CIA director. The issue that delayed this appointment was over the use of military drone aircraft to kill U.S. Citizens abroad, and also on U.S. Soil. Sen. Paul's position is that the United States Constitution requires due justice for all U.S. Citizens, and that the power to "take out" a citizen could not be given to the President or any other single member of the United States Government.
