My Tweets Not Found IN Search – have done all the help says

Please help as I’m pretty new to twitter. I have a nice website i run and like to tweet out each time i put up a new news story for my followers. The problem is, if i do a search with any #hashtag or even words – i never see my own tweets… NO Matter if I do All or New or whatever. my name is:
