definition for: #AllianceforBlackandBrownAdvocacy

Black and Brown community members coming together to empower our communities and those operating within them. It's time for People of color to stop searching for solutions outside of our communities before we have found it within it. Let's empower one another FIRST then go outside of our community to build bridges.
