Stop Putin's secretive killings and invasions. Do not buy Russian nor from partners like EXXON, SHELL, and BP Gas. Change venue of 2018 World Cup away from Moscow. Stop all Russian privileges at airports (that is, revoke the licenses of Russian air companies to fly to the West). Stop all investment in Russia. If Putin wants to keep Crimea, he should be forced to pay Ukraine the fair market value for the land and all gas and oil rights he is trying to acquire as a result, and insure, e.g., that all Tartars who want to leave are compensated accordingly, so they can start a life in another country or in the rest of the Ukraine.
