Customer Service Excellence, Charter Mark, Customer Service, Robert Sullivan

Customer Service Excellence or CSE is a term often about ensuring excellent customer service. CSE is also often the abbreviated 'name' of the Customer Service Excellent Standard or Award which is the successor to the UK Government's Charter Mark Award. With a long and proud history it gives all organisations in all sectors of the economy a framework based on research on which to measure the extent of customer service excellence in your organisation. Robert Sullivan wrote a book and delivered courses on Charter Mark and was involved with UK Government Ministers in the early stages of this award. Sullivan continues to assess organisation against this award and provides advisory and training services too.
