#GreenToYoga is like a happiness seed in a concrete jungle ... welcoming yoga newbies and yoga enthusiasts world wide to plant the idea that ANYONE can do yoga. And more importantly that it's ok to be new or 'green' to yoga. For the record - the best way to 'get good' at yoga is to A) START. And B) PRACTICE 10mins + daily.
