A "Mawearick" is someone who is a maverick in regards to wearable technology, whether an individual user, a business enterprise or governmental body. I have created this Hashtag to describe people, companies and institutions who/that follow this growing trend in technology. Mawearick is a tendency in itself. It is to be used for any person, business enterprise or institution who/that follow the amazing wearable technology. As we know, a "maverick" is an unorthodox or independent-minded person, or even someone who is quite original in whatever he/she/it does in all venues of life; this means that, by the use of wearables, we could project in a supplementary way how unique each one of us is. The "Mawearick" phenomemon will become a megatrend, a subject of sociological/anthropological research in the years to come, as forecasted by great 20th-century thinkers such as Alvin Toffler or John Naisbitt.
