This is a proposal to launch a State-by-State Campaign to impose Term Limits on US Senators and Congressional Representatives by Refusing to Re-Elect when they ignore the will of their constituents.

2)Our Elected Representatives Refuse to adhere to the will of their constituents and pass laws for us that they don't have to live by
