definition for: #StripSlum

The same thing as a #FoxxSlum, a residential area turned into a slum by programs put in place by Secretary of Transportation (@SecretaryFoxx) Anthony Foxx. In particular a StripSlum refers to an area where noise is focused from jet aircraft that has been formed by a Merge Fix (#mergefixeskill) a feature of Sec. Foxx's NextGen program. This activity creates long strips where numan habitation is either untenable or not possible. Often it appears that these areas are chosen because of their income, age and racial makeup and are deemed expendable and/or collateral damage. See also #StripCemetery.
