#TheCabal is an organically adopted name/designation in Twitter for a loosely organized group. It's members are known to regularly engage on Twitter Wars, directly, or by proxy inciting Tweeps already having a conflict with any one whom TheCabal disapproves of, and/or perceives as enemies, or competitors who they feel would be more influential in Twitter that they believe themselves to be. @CihuaMexica
