Due to Covid19 so many venues & concerts have been cancelled. TicketMaster refuses to offer refunds, even though some tours have been cancelled indefinitely. My show for May 16th was cancelled, not postponed, and the tour ultimately pushed out to some time in the distant future, 2021 & beyond. I paid $613 for tickets, but received nothing in return. I'm told I have to wait. I don't want to go to the show or any large concert event at this time or in the near future. I am merely asking for a refund, because the contract I entered into was not fulfilled, namely a performance of 3 artists to perform at Mercedes Benz Arena in Atlanta on May 16th; Chesney, Florida Georgia Line & Old Dominion. My wife was furloughed during Covid and I am on a fixed income. Ticket Master, Mercedes Arena, Kenny Chesney, please be reasonable, and refund your fans hard earned money.
