I love fresh fish, gumbo, crawfish, catfish; shrimp is mouthwatering at its best. I am called an Aficionado, for my vast and wide knowledge in so many skills, educated as a engineer and my love to make moonshine (alcohol), Rums, Vodkas, Whiskey and all types of specialty flavors. I am a connoisseur of cigars. I have tasted premium cigars from all over the world; Cubana, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic and even Connecticut.
