A conversation about sustainability of water. Water is becoming a finite resource on the earth. Water is a natural resource that is a basic right, and so should be available equally for animals, plants and all species. Water like soil cannot be owned as it is a resource given to the planet by Mother Nature. In order for society to function, water is required at every step, including farming, manufacturing, transportation, etc. Measuring the impact of a product and how it is made involves looking analysing its full life cycle, what is the impact on society and does all this fit sustainably within the circular economy. Water sovereignty is key to living sustainably together with all, and so we must ensure that water is not owned by any one entity, and thus remains in the commons, where it has remained since time began.
