definition for: #ambiguity

For my next book I am considering tackling the subject of AMBIGUITY. Specifically how ambiguity manifests itself and is managed, primarily (but not solely) in an IT context. For example, Matrix Management could be a natural source of ambiguity. In addition to existing academic material and research, I am keen to take input from people who live and work with ambiguity. So, do you have examples of ambiguity in your work life? Have you dealt with ambiguity ? and how? Have you failed to deal with ambiguity ? and why? Have you seen the impact of ambiguity, good or bad? If you have input you would like to share and potentially would be prepared to see in print (anonymous or otherwise), please let me know.
