definition for: #crisisineducation

A forum for fellow educators, students, administrators, government officials, and business leaders to sound off on the tragic state of education within the U.S. We are NOT doing our job, in preparing today's youth for tomorrow's leadership positions, as the U.S. continues to lag further and further behind, particularly in STEM disciplines. Perhaps we need to go BACKWARDS, before we can progress, and harken back to a time we successful fifty-somethings readily recall when those "old-fashioned" ideas about education....seemed to work out pretty damn well.
