Any person who takes personal responsibility, swears an oath or takes a pledge to defend and uphold America's founding tenets as set forth in our Declaration of Independence and in our Constitution, and follows through on unwaveringly, uncompromisingly, without distortions, modifications or omissions of the same. Individuals who take oaths, swear on bibles, make pledges, etc., yet do not fully commit or adhere to their oaths and pledges, are not considered defenders because their actions or inactions compromise the security of our nation while simultaneously betraying the people's trust and infringing on the people's God-given rights, independence and Constitutional protections.
