I will be running a 50km ultra marathon on the 24th of May 2015. I would like my friends , family and others who share my passion for blood donation to donate 1pint of blood instead or as well as donate to blood cancer research. By using this hashtag with or with out a photo to show the pride in the donation. I'm hoping to raise 50 pints and ?500 for this endurance challenge.
