.Net Manager • Development Manager with 10 to 14 years’ experience in the IT industry with good communication skills, required to help manage release projects on our cutting-edge HCM, leading the team using agile development practices. • At least 3 years of Technical Management experience required. • Must have originated from a development background, with previous experience in building complex business solutions, experience in web based solutions / products is a must. • Good understanding of Microsoft technologies and latest versions which includes .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript ,OO concepts, and design patterns. • Proven experience in managing and working on complex web based enterprise applications. • Must be familiar with non - functional requirements like security, scalability, performance and deployment. • Experience in managing Agile projects, experience in Scrum (or) similar is desirable. • Able to communicate ideas well, as well as work through complex issues. • Ability to discuss and review solutions with all team members. • Appraise, discuss and set performance objects with team members.
