Flint Unleaded Initiative will create a local liaison office within State & Federal EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), for continued assessment and accountability. 6. Flint Unleaded Initiative will raise $100 million towards the estimated $1.6 Billion in new water infrastructure. 7. Flint Unleaded Initiative will create 10,000 new local business opportunities as part of rebuild Flint’s infrastructure and community. 8. Flint Unleaded Initiative will build a state-of-the-art Facility to house a Performing Arts Institute (dance, drama, and music) for all Genesee County Students; comparable to that of a Juilliard. Dance, drama, music and the arts are proven to stimulate brain development and enhance ability to learn and excel in general study curriculums.
