The way the game is played: Anyone at anytime can Positive Challenge someone else. At that point the person who received The Positive Challenge then has to say something positive. If he/she can not think of anything to say then that person has the right to ask for help. The person who sent the challenge has to come up with something positive, say it aloud and then the person who asked for help has to repeat it. A lot of times it ends up turning into a BATTLE OF POSITIVITY.
