Family Tree Maker 2014 and Ancestry.com do not sync properly. They have created a "sync patch" but it doesn't work either. Chatter on the net says most users are having this problem. Customer service is not helpful. Users pay for both of these programs to sync properly and effortlessly without wasted time and effort on the users' part or loss of data from either program. We need a new patch that fixes the problem, period.
