Canada by law at that time did not allow dual citizenship. Now that he has renounced his Canadian citizenship he has become a "British Subject" under Canadian Law. Being a British Subject He is not even eligable to be a U.S. Senator. He is now subject to Prosecution for 'Falsifying Government Documents' As well as Espionage and other charges in each State and Federal Jurisdictions. Therefore Ted Cruz is an idiot for doing this.
