The Fangreaders Awards, also known as "The Fangies", are awards for excellence in SVM/TB fanfiction. They are an annual award ceremony sponsored by the fan group, The Fangreaders, which is made up of adult readers and writers of fanfiction of the Southern Vampire Mysteries novels written by Charlaine Harris and the HBO show, True Blood. Members nominate their favourite fanfiction stories in various categories and then the final ballot is voted on by the public. The next award presentation will be 30th March 2013 - at 9pm GMT #thefangreaders
