He's been described 'the neighbour from hell' and property owner Lindsay Day says he's got the video footage to prove it. Sydney real estate agent Rocco Ranieri has been accused of trespassing and vandalising his next door neighbour's property. A Current Affair has shown footage which appears to be of Mr Ranieri walking onto Mr Day's property and waving at the cameras while giving the one finger salute.
