Social media marketers are always testing when the best times to tweet are to capture their target audience and get huge engagement more effective. Some social media users manually post their announcements regularly while others use auto-scheduling apps and features, which will automatically tweet for them during specific periods of the day. Below are the best and worst times to post in different social media networks. The best times to post on Facebook are from 1 pm to 4 pm. On Twitter, tweet from 1 pm to 3 pm. On Google+ post from 9 am to 11 am. On LinkedIn it is best to post from 7 am to 9 am or from 5 pm to 6 pm. Pinterest users should post from 2 pm to 4 pm or from 8 pm to 1 am. The worst times to post on Facebook are from 8 pm to 8 am. It?s not good to post on Twitter from 8 pm to 9 am. Engagement is low on Google+ from 6 pm to 8 am. On LinkedIn, the worst times to post are from 10 pm to 6 am. On Pinterest, do not post from 5 pm to 7 pm. On Facebook, traffic builds up after 9 am then fades after 4 pm. On Twitter, traffic builds up after 11 am then fades after 3 pm. On Google+ traffic picks up after 9 am then dies down after 5 pm. On LinkedIn, traffic goes up before and after working or business hours and fades from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 5 pm. Traffic on Pinterest goes up after 12 pm then goes down after 5 pm. Facebook users should post more during its peak time every Wednesday at 3 pm. Do not communicate with your audience on Facebook on weekends. Peak times for Twitter are from Monday to Thursday. Posting after 3 pm on Friday renders little results. Google+ peaks during working hours but fades in the evening. LinkedIn users engage more from Tuesday to Thursday but Monday and Friday numbers are low. Pinterest peaks on Saturday morning but engagement is poor late in the afternoon.
