Checrallah AbouJaoude has an excellent academic and experience backgrounds in the fields of the International Diplomacy, Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, Critical Management and Development. He has a substantial comprehension in the United Nations system and policies and a wide experience in the work of several national, international organizations and NGOs. Checrallah AbouJaoude is an energetic and helpful person with excellent communication and analytical skills. He is very flexible, able to adapt to different conditions and situations. He have acquired rich working experience; gaining maturity and learning to establish priorities especially when holding managerial position throughout his career, in addition he proved that he have a pragmatic perception to resolve difficulties. In term of "Education", he have a Certificate of Advanced Studies in "Disaster Management", in addition to several "Thematic Seminars" achieved in the University of Geneva regarding "Project Cycle Management", "Team Management" and "Management, Leadership and Coaching". Before, he accomplished his studies in Biology in the Lebanese University, and continuing his Bachelor in Law in the same establishment. He attended Trainings and Workshops all over the world: ? Critical Incident Management with the US Diplomatic Security Service in Amman - Jordan. ? International Disaster Management in the Center of Studies in Disaster and Emergencies in Madrid - Spain. ? Health Emergencies In Large Population in collaboration with ICRC and University of Hawaii in the Hawaii - US. ? Dispatch Operation Room Supervisor with ARES118 in Rome - Italy. ? Disaster Management with IFRC in Beirut - Lebanon. ? Shelter in Emergencies with the Norwegian Red Cross in Beirut - Lebanon. In term of "Experience", he joined the Youth department in the Lebanese Red Cross and continued his volunteering in the Emergency Medical Services as a First Aider, He was designated as a Head of Station responsible of the Team Leaders and the First Aiders supervision the center and leading critical mission with close coordination with the National Director, and nominated as a Head of Dispatch Center. After passing his General Training Course, related to Adult Pedagogy, as a Trainer he trained the Emergency Medical Dispatchers. As an Emergency Field Coordinator and Field Officer in the United Nations, he built strong knowledge about the United Nations agencies and mandate. He have a demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of general office coordination, organize work flow and meetings, answer and transfer to the right team member, handle all programs and projects strategies and procedures, represent the United Nations in the region, assist in monitoring, evaluation and identifying needs and gaps. He established trust with his colleagues, supervisors and team.
