Espa?ol: EndoFollow es una inicativa en Twitter que pone en marcha la Asociaci?n Endometriosis Espa?a con motivo de la Semana de la Endometriosis de 2014. El objetivo de esta iniciativa es facilitar que las mujeres y profesionales interesados en estar al d?a de las novedades en el mundo de la Endometriosis se sigan mutuamente en Twitter y facilitar as? el flujo de informaci?n. El sistema es sencillo, basta con buscar personas que utilicen el Hashtag: #EndoFollow y seguirlas, ellas te empezar?n a seguir. Si quieres que te sigan escribe un Tweet con el siguiente texto: ?Te interesa la Endometriosis? S?gueme y te sigo #EndoFollow. Pon este hashtag en tus tweets para que te sigan a ti. La iniciativa empieza el 18 de febrero de 2014 a las 16:20 hora espa?ola con la creaci?n de la cuenta oficial de Twitter @endofollow. A las 20:10 se emiten los dos primeros tweets en Castellano e ingl?s desde la cuenta oficial.
