Third Coast Training is a Certified USA Triathlon Performance Center providing triathlon coaches specializing in VO2 Max testing, triathlon training, coaching, sports massage and altitude training for Greater Houston triathletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels. The cornerstone of Third Coast Training is the Human Performance Laboratory. In addition Third Coast Training has an altitude training studio and Swim studio for private swim lessons geared for triathletes.
