Greyhound seems to have some problems with employees telling false information to customers. As well as buses going to correct locations in small towns. Take The Dalles, OR, for example, about 6 months ago The Dalles (or Greyhound) moved the bus terminal to the new The Dalles Tranportation Center. The old address was 201 Federal Street, The Dalles, OR 97058. The new address is 802 Chenowith Loop Rd, The Dalles, OR 97058. If one searches for just the addresses one can see the difference. But if one checks Google maps for "Greyhound Bus Terminal The Dalles OR" one is directed to the old address even though Greyhound tickets direct to the 802 address. I've submitted corrections to Google but Greyhound drivers should already know where to go and not be leaving people sitting at the correct address for hours upon hours!!! Greyhound, get your act together!
