Most of what we are told about bodybuilding, is not true or for those on enhancement drugs. I tell you from experience , anyone can become a bodybulder, succeed beyond their wildest dreams. I'm benching the equivalent of 506 at the age of 70. In my 60's nearly 400. Let's talk real bodybuilding for all of it's true rewards.
