Crafted by a single person, this "ancient technology" uses the natural fluidity of the the smooth, shell-shaped hulls of the seed grain millet to enjoy a natural match for memory foam or polystyrene beads in beanbags. Light, airy, virtually odorless and hypoallergenic, the hulls make a firm, supportive cushion when enclosed in fabric. If you like buckwheat hulls or Sobakawa, this improves on those wonderful creations by being quieter, lighter, softer and able to withstand time and laundering better, thanks to nature's rounded shape (rather than buckwheat's pyramid). Snug removable covers in about a thousand individual choices!
