CBC, CTV NBC CNN et al never once went to the CDN border to see what was going on; it was a start up news org called therebel.media that discovered the human trafficking that is going on at the CDN border. It was not until they were embarrassed that they finally did a small article in the National Post another lazynews outlet. The MSM is not necessarily fake but I would say more lazy
