"Rebuild Baltimore" Is a completely grass roots approach to tackling the problems that a great deal of Baltimore neighborhoods have. Blight, low home ownership, absence of small community based businesses and crime. The project is designed to build,empower and strengthen the middle class working family by providing affordable above grade housing options. Giving people who know and love their community a chance to become home owners in their community. Instead of having out side developers purchase the homes and turn them into rentals.Home owners are more likely to take pride their property and want to make improvements to it thus improving the overall look of the and feel of the community, As well as provide an economic boost to the City of Baltimore via tax revenue and local commerce. We are going team up with local community boards and the "Vacants to Value" program as well as "Live Baltimore" to see how we can all work together to "Rebuild Baltimore".
