It's not a place to live for everybody and we are glad of that. But anyone that stumbles into NSB usually is surprised to find that they never want to leave. A great place to live,work, vacation or invest.

New Smyrna Beach is the best kept secret considering the definition of a FABULOUS small beach town. It's walk-ability, artsy-ness, trendy-ness and beachy-ness are all the reasons it's so perfect for 2nd homes, vacation rentals and pleasurable living. I thank goodness that the obviously warped sense of Travel Advisor who recently announced its top 25 Beaches in the USA and the World and New Smyrna Beach did not make the grade! Thank goodness they save us from becoming deluged with Status Seeking "Vacationeers" -let's keep those over with the Mouse-keteers. Don't get me wrong...I call it the Brigadoon Beach.
