R.I.B. Is a rescue illumination band that allows any person to find someone in active drowning or drown in a short amount of time so that resuscitation is possible

R.I.B. is a rescue illumination band that is attached to a person in order to locate them quickly if they are in distress, to save someone if they are submerged under the water and in distress fast enough to revive them.
