Associated with LobsterCraft, the Fairfield, CT based restaurant and food truck business that was established in 2012 by commercial lobsterman and USCG Captain Michael Harden. LobsterCraft's take on the traditional CT-style lobster roll has won numerous awards, including being named by Flavored Nation as "The Best CT-Style hot buttered lobster roll" in the country in 2017. LobsterCraft is also on MSN's "Top 50 Food Trucks to Try by State" list from August 2018. LobsterCraft operates a food truck, a restaurant in Fairfield, CT, and is opening a second restaurant in South Norwalk, CT in January 2019.
