The civil rights issue of the 21st century is not education, it is reducing the number of men who have multiple children by multiple women. You can have all the education reform you want; however, if we cannot reduce the number of single headed female households, the benefits of improved educational opportunities is reduced. The continued effects of an increasingly fatherless society are not sustainable, if we are to have a growing and thriving next generation.
