Refers to the admonition by immigration advocates and POTUS to advance a Comprehensive Immigration Reform (#CIR)bill. A bipartisan CIR bill was approved in the Senate, but was not introduced by GOP controlled Congress. This inaction led to an Executive Order issued by POTUS on Nov. 20th, 2014, providing some remedial steps to address deportation, social justice and perhaps act as a catalyst to address inaction of Congress on this issue.

Public Health initiatives to prevent the use of tobacco products, ecigarette use and marijuana smoking in public places and private property. These areas entail agency buildings, universities, colleges and state parks, beaches. Smoking bans are also being adopted by the private industries such as restaurants, hospitals and sidewalks. Smoking bans has significantly lowered the effect of #2handsmoke.

Second hand smoking is the inhalation of smoke from tobacco or marijuana that HAVE harmful effects on health. At least 70 known carcinogens are present in a cigarette, toxins that affect the heart, lungs and blood vessels. Children, pregnant and nursing mothers are at particular risk due to their physical/ immunological susceptibilities.
