A 12-week course of transformation designed to help you identify old programming and limiting beliefs that may be keeping you from taking steps to make those changes in your life you so desperately want. Created by Darbi Beals, a board certified master life coach. Darbi has 20-plus years of experience teaching, coaching, and touching the lives of others. She has a life-altering gift of empathy that allows her to ask the right questions. She will be able to help you come to the right answers so you will have the confidence to make those changes you've been wanting to make for a long time This course is for you if you seem to sabotage yourself. Making decisions that put you further in debt. Staying in relationships you know are toxic. Afraid to look for a better job even though you hate going to the one you have. Eating things you know are not healthy for you. Allowing friends to take advantage of you. If this sounds like something you are interested in, drop Darbi a line at darbi@darbibeals.com

What were you told as a child that subconsciously you still believe about yourself? Our programming is pretty much completed by the time we are seven years old. Unfortunately, a child does not have the experience and knowledge to provide the filters needed to evaluate what they hear and see. So, everything is absorbed and the brain tries to make sense of it. Remember a song you learned as a child. You sang it like you heard it and maybe somebody corrected you or, like me, you found out years later that the song "Surely Goodness and Mercy" was not about a woman named Shirley Goodness. To get to my point, this is how limiting beliefs are formed. Your father is worried about the bills and that he will be laid off. He makes the remark more that once that the "poor keep getting poorer and the rich get richer". So years later when you are struggling to start your business, that phrase keeps going through your head. You believe that you will always be poor; it doesn't matter how hard you work. There is hope, though. By identifying those limiting beliefs and finding the source, you are able to put them into context and see they are not true. That is the beginning of transformation.
