Generational & gender inequities & unforeseen life disruptions have created an increasing number of women with no place to call home.

Women aged 45+ identified as the "new face of homelessness". Approximately 600,000 Australian women who are, or who are at risk of homelessness. A growing crisis that can be resolved. Government and community need to work together to enable housing security, affordability and appropriate solutions. Home is the basis for the potential for positive physical health & well-being, optimum mental health & social inclusion. Housing is a human right.
