In my book, "The Witch's Granddaughter," legislators from welfare "taker" territories are allowed to vote, but not allowed to propose legislation. This currently held hostage by welfare red "taker" states. If your state is not fiscally responsible enough to maintain itself, why should you be allowed to propose legislation that will impact the states that pay your bills?

The large majority of Red States are welfare "taker" states, living off the money generated by the blue "maker" states. Should the blue "maker" states continue to pay for the red welfare "taker" states racism, lack of education, and laziness?
