After losing his youngest daughter in a car accident two years ago, Brett Ritchey heads up this foundation. In hoping to inspire young Iowans to pursue their dreams, Ritchey has collected works from Iowa Musicians / Artists, and compiled an 18 track memorial Album entitled Iowa Artists for Emma. Starting from absolute 0, just over a year ago, it's been tough going for Brett and his family... "We are now to the point where we are climbing into the plus." Ritchey says. ERCF has visions of a future Scholarship Program, along with sponsoring concerts/benefits, and guiding Iowa Artists towards their dreams.
