Lobby to prevent proposed amendment H.R. 1813 to the EFT Act, to charge a special 2% tax which would be used to pay for Trump's unnecessary Mexican border wall, from being enacted. This proposal is discriminatory and punitive to the very poor people who rely upon remittances to survive. It is an affront to American values and should never become law.
