By definition Genes are passed on from both parents, yet in Lebanon it seems the male Genes are Dominant to the extent that ONLY male Genes count is passed on to new generations of Lebanese, I know thousands of people whose mother is Lebanese, their father's mother is Lebanese and their Grandfather's mother is Lebanese, yet according to Lebaese Gene Count by Government issuing Lebaneee certification. They are zero percent Lebanese denied Citizenship. I also know thousands whose great grandfather was Lebanese only, and all further generations were of mixed cultures yet they are certified as 100% Lebanese .therefore Lebanee Genes from MALE ONLY Count !

English language sensibly uses Mother tongue and mother land as synonyms with someone's heritage, ID, and nationality. Middle East countries ought to rethink their Arabic terminology which thousands of years ago was an equal right language just as the English language today. Their laws refer to mother tongue and father land ONLY. As women in many Middle East countries seem to have No land to Pass on to there children.hence ,maybe Arabic terminology should be changed to baladi al 2ab ( father land) rather than baladi al Oumm (mother land )! Correct unpracticed reality but actual correct Arabic terminology

When 2 Genders are not Treated Equally, with their most basic citizens Right, especially when this RIGHT is Protected by the Constitution. (#5) Then this represent Sexist unlawful and Unfair Practice that History will Remember. Lebanese Constitution Clearly states that Males and Females are Equal Citizens,yet the Prcatice shows that only MALES Practice their RIGHTS while Females are either 2nd class citizens ,or simply Sex machines that have no color and deutral DNA.

Lebanese Sexist Law Only Recognizes Lebanese Males as Full Citizens who can marry any nationality and have "Lebanese"'children, some of which never laid foot in Lebanon and their mother tongue could be Russian, Portugese or Mandarin. While "Lebanese" females are 2nd class citizens who can only deliver foreign babies (unless they marry a Lebanese passport holder ) even if their "True Lebanese " children were born in Lebanon, and speak and know only With Lebanese Mother tongue carry Lebanese Traditions.

Any country issuing nationality ID of another country to citizens should be stopped. There are a few countries practicing this UNUSUAL UNFAIR Act. They even issue this 3rd party nationality to persons not born on their soil, Which is totally absurd!

One's Nationality is One's RIGHT to choose. As adults people can renounce their NATIONALITY. But LEBANON issues FOREIGN Nationalities to Individuals without their consent, without the consent of the country they claim that they belong to, and these individuals are not even allowed to renounce this unfairly dictated nationality. ( which is discriminated against by own issuing authority - LEBANON ) Lack of work Rights, lack of property purchase rights and even some travel restrictions over the years.

Many Governments all over the world already unfairly create refugees by refusing to let humans born on its soil without any other nationality to be declared as nationals. These are UN participating Governents, yet they issue documents to these new born children declaring and dictating their ALTERNATIVE Nationality and declare them as Refugees of country X, Y or Z. But these so called countries X, Y, or Z have no records of these citizens nor say in issuing their identity documents. At worst is individuals get raised in their own country as foreigners carrying I.D. From their own country saying that they are foreigners belonging to another country who has no record of their existence, THE UN knows about this practice in LEBANON since 1948 and is silent about it. And now over 100,000 Lebanese born on Lebanese soil from Lebanese mothers are declared as foreigners and refugees by the Lebanese Government. And are issued proof of their foreign nationality only by the sane Lebanese government who is only party issuing their official document. One's nationality is not someone else decision especially not a government that doesn't very consider him/her a citizen.

Nationality should not be forced upon individuals without consent. What's worse is Governments that declare individuals of certain Nationalities unlike nationality of issuing Government. Would it be sensible for USA to issue documents to individuals born on its soil ,as Mexicans or Canadians? Of course not! And the USA Government does not committnsuch illogical action. But Lebaon issues Official Documents to certain babies born on its soil declaring them of different nationality, even if their mother's is Lebanese. It's possible to unfairly deny a child a nationality even if he/she is born on a countries soil and whose mother is a national but you can not dictate the nationality of this child using Government official documents. That's FORGERY. Each Government or country has the sole right to issue such documents of nationality and its not done by Proxy!
