The Helping Hands program will help and promote people's fundraising goals. It is our desire to see people suffering, obtain what they need. To aid and help make life a little bit easier. Red Dragon TV and Helping Hands will never take funds for a fundraiser. We encourage people to donate to the individuals directly, by providing that information.

This is a program designed to help individuals on the web who are raising funds for a specific goal. Red Dragon TV will continue contributing 10% to each fund until the fundraiser has reached their goal. We are hoping that others Globally will follow suit.
