Due to the increasing demand of Ethanol in the country as biofuel it has become a matter of serious concern to produce the ethanol at minimum cost of production. As per the the recent policy of Indian government 22.5 % Volume by Volume in patrol to reduce the foreign currency which we pay for purchasing petroleum crude from outside the country keeping same view. we have to developed technology which can produce ethanol at zero cost of production with zero discharge of spent wash that is effluent coming out from ethanol plant as a waste water which is posing a serious problem for the environment and no foolproof technology is available in our country for the treatment of this waste water.
