Taxing the AA (Attendance Allowance) is a cynical and despicable way of taxing the DYING. The AA is needed to cover the many expanses associated with DYING. It should not be given and then taxed. It is no different to the winter fuel allowance.

Taxing the AA (Attendance Allowance) given to terminally ill persons is a cynical and despicable TAX. The Dying need help and compassion and some financial help not a tax burden when in essence the tax can never be sorted.

Despicable and cynical tax on the vulnerable, the DYING. Why give it and take it away when a person is dying. This could be a major cause of anxiety and even make the dying more depressed and even reduce their efforts of fighting for life.

Objections to UK Gov tax on Attendance Allowance. This is a TAX on the DYING, who need the Attendance Allowance for the extra expense associated with DYING. More hospital visits and parking, travel costs, care and special diets. Also burdens the dying with extra tax considerations and may cause debt to those left behind.
