Stress is a very personal thing driven by your own perceptions of yourself and your environment. For example if you are a perfectionist then you will probably get stressed out if you cannot get something exactly right. The feeling of stress could be sweaty palms, irritability, racing heart, pressurized, etc. However as I say it is very individual so one person's stress could be another's joy!!

A list of steps to follow to complete a project or task with the greatest of efficiency and safety. For example surgical teams often use checklists before, during and after operations, pilots are big users of checklists for various stages of a flight. You could also argue that a cooking recipe is a kind of checklist. You could create checklists for building a website or using facebook so it does not have to be brain surgery!!
