Cyber Political Engineering is same as "Political Engineering", except primarily using cyber weapons and means to achieve the desired effect on various governments and political institutions. In political science, political engineering is the designing of political institutions in a society and often involves the use of paper decrees, in the form of laws, referendum, ordinances, or otherwise, to try to achieve some desired effect.
