??PPB is an online cross-functional productivity network of collaborative resources. A design purposed with the non-professional and or professional user in mind. Non-professional user meaning the stay-at-home mom, nanny, entry level employee, or a student who needs a structure and environment to plan an event, or develop a personal business. It is robust enough for non-project manager professional, as well as a professional project manager, program manager, and portfolio management. The platform will have the ability to start a project from conception with or without knowledge of the formal project management steps; scope, through development, implementation and completion. It will provide coaching, tutorials as well as access to readily available pre-screened resources to support the project. Its design will allow for mobile management through one network, i.e., team, documents, email, video conferencing, etc.

The project (Personal Project Book--PPB) is an online platform that proposes to interface with Facebook, LinkedIn and similar social networks. Its premise loosely based on catalyzing mind development. A great deal of this work comes from a non for profit called HEM (HumanityEvolutionMovement.org). HEM's mission is " addressing societal challenges at the root-cause level by teaching individuals to function more consistently with whom they are and what they believe in so that they are able to make more powerful life choices." HEM typically conducts a weekend seminar and a follow-up twelve-week training as a start to the program. Now we will bring HEM's accessibility to any individual through an online functional structure. PPB will be a more viable technologically advanced solution to reach a broader audience and help many with personal growth.
